The process steps for the wear and repair of the bearing position of the reducer:

1. The size, rotation speed and wear factors of the equipment, choose the corresponding repair process of "machining", "tooling" and "scraping and grinding".

2. Do the preparatory work before construction, such as tools and materials.

3. Remove the bearing seat or gear, etc. to expose the worn parts.

4. Degreasing the surface.

5. Rough surface treatment.

6. Strictly mix the Soleil SD7101H carbon nano-polymer material in strict proportion, and mix thoroughly until the color is uniform and there is no color difference.

7. Fill the material according to the wear size, and restore the size according to the selected "repair process".

8. Carry out a sufficient time of curing. The specific curing time is determined according to the site temperature and with reference to the material technical data sheet. Reducer: high-speed shaft bearing wear, journal 220mm, wear width 120mm, bearing model 23144cc/c4w33, bearing and shaft burning caused bearing damage. After the repair part is coated with Soleil SD7101H carbon nano-polymer material and cured, the original shaft diameter and interference size are restored by machining, which effectively avoids the thermal stress damage caused by the traditional repair welding method.
